Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately before the order is shipped.

We are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages due to incorrect address details.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details, carrier contact issues, unavailability, or an inaccessible address (e.g. a missing buzzer code or your unavailability to sign for and receive it) , you may:

Pay a reshipping fee for the order to be resent, OR

Pre-Order Items
