Eligibility

Our Website is intended only for individuals aged 16 and older. If you are under 16, do not use or access the Website.

Aurega does not knowingly sell Products to minors under 16 years old without verified parental consent. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.

You may create a user account on our Website. If you do, you are responsible for:

  • All activities occurring under your account.

Aurega is not liable for unauthorized access or use of your account. If you suspect any security breach, notify us immediately.

Product Information & Pricing

We make every effort to accurately display product images, colors, descriptions, and availability. However, actual product appearance may vary slightly.

  • Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) for customers in Canada.

  • Prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD) for customers in the U.S.

  • We reserve the right to update pricing, descriptions, or discontinue Products at any time.

  • Pricing or typographical errors may be corrected without prior notice.


Orders & Payment

Aurega accepts various payment methods via trusted third-party payment processors.

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide current, accurate, and complete payment details.

  • Allow us to charge the full purchase amount, including taxes and shipping fees.

Aurega reserves the right to:

  • Refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion.

  • Restrict quantities purchased per person, household, or order.

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud, reseller activity, or Terms violations.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled before shipment.

  • If you wish to cancel, contact support@auregahome.com immediately.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped or handed over to the shipping company,

Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.

  • Aurega is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Returns and Refunds

We offer hassle-free returns within 60 days from the date the Product is marked as delivered, provided the Product remains in its original condition exactly as received from Aurega:

  • Product must be unopened, unused, and undamaged.

  • Product must be in its original packaging, including original folds, tags, ribbons, and all included materials intact.

  • If the product is opened, it cannot be returned.

  • No trial period is offered; once opened, products are final sale.

To request a return, please contact support@auregahome.com with your order confirmation number and reason for return.

Defective Products

  • Defective products must be reported within five (5) days of delivery. 

  • You must provide clear photographic evidence showing the defect. 

  • Claims reported after five days of delivery will not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

Reviews and Customer Submissions

We encourage you to submit reviews, testimonials, and photos directly on our Website.

 By submitting content, you grant Aurega a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, publish, reproduce, display, or distribute your submissions for promotional and marketing purposes.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase and are redeemable exclusively on the Website. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, photographs, graphics, text and content on this Website (the "Intellectual Property") are the exclusive property of Aurega or used with permission.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell, modify,or distribute content without permission.

  • Use our Intellectual Property for commercial purposes without written consent.

  • Engage in any act that infringes upon Aurega’s rights.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

You agree not to use the Website for unlawful or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to:

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurega will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to the Products or your use of the Website. Aurega's total liability arising from any claim related to your purchase will not exceed the amount actually paid for the Product(s) at issue.

Force Majeure

Aurega is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Shipping disruptions

  • Pandemics or public health crises
