Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, depending on order volume.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Times

Canada

  • Most provinces: 5-7 business days

  • Northwest Territories, Yukon & Nunavut: 7-16 business days (or longer, depending on carrier delays)

  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take longer depending on location.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3-9 business days (subject to customs clearance and location).

We continuously work to improve our shipping efficiency, and in some cases, your order may arrive sooner than expected.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $150 CAD across Canada and the U.S.

  • Orders below $150 CAD are subject to standard shipping rates, which will be calculated at checkout.

  • At checkout, you can also opt for affordable shipping insurance to protect against potential issues.

Customs Duties & Taxes

  • Canada: Orders shipped within Canada are not subject to duties.

  • United States: U.S. orders may incur customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges based on customs regulations. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately before the order is shipped.

  • We are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages due to incorrect address details.

  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details, carrier contact issues, unavailability, or an inaccessible address (e.g. a missing buzzer code or your unavailability to sign for and receive it) , you may:

    • Pay a reshipping fee for the order to be resent, OR

    • Request a refund, with the original shipping cost deducted.

Pre-Order Items

  • Pre-order items will have an estimated delivery timeline at checkout. However, unforeseen delays may occur.

  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your shipment will be processed once all items are available.
